Zvox soundbar new

ZVOX AccuVoice AV155 VoiceBoost soundbar: TV sound has become pretty sophisticated. But with all those booming and squealing surrounding sound effects and 5.1/7.1/9.1/11.2 speaker arrays, who can hear the damned dialog? Zvox, the original soundbar people, are about to release their AccuVoice AV155 VoiceBoost soundbar ($249.99, February 1) designed to enhance dialog, a great boon to those of us losing our hearing in vocal frequencies or who just want to hear and understand what people on the screen are saying. According to Zvox, the AccuVoice “lifts voices out of the soundtrack and manipulates the signals to make the dialogue remarkably clear.” Inside its 17-inch wide, 2.9-inch high, 3.1-inch deep wall-mountable cabinet Zvox has packed in three 2″x3″ full-range speakers and a 24-watt Class D digital amplifier. You can toggle between six levels of enhanced dialog volume, it comes with the optical cable to connect to your TV and a large-button waterproof remote, comes in six colors, and, best of all, automatically turns on when you turn on the TV.
