My Original iPhone Reviews, 2007

Me and my still-working original iPhone from 2007

Today is the 10th anniversary of Apple’s iPhone going on sale. Back in June/July 2007, I waited online overnight at the Fifth Avenue Apple store in Manhattan for my original iPhone, then covered it the SEVEN times, including two separate pieces for Laptop magazine. None are currently available online, however; either these reviews are no longer available on the sites for the which they were originally written, or the publications have disappeared into the digital dustbin (sigh). So, here are PDFs of my original copy.

Sometimes it’s fun to revisit views of now iconic events.
